Dear Locke Parents and Students:
It is with bittersweet emotion that I must announce my resignation as principal at Locke Middle School. I have accepted a principal’s position at Karns High School in Knoxville, Tennessee. My responsibilities as principal will end here on July 31, 2010. It is time for me to place my family’s needs first and return home after 20-years. It is time for me to begin again one last time, and return home.
I have enjoyed working in Billerica, and I have been blessed to work with an incredible staff and great group of students. Billerica is a very special place, and I thank you for making me feel at home here.
I wish you and your family a happy summer and many wonderful new beginnings.
Sincerely,
Tracy D. Sands
Principal
